Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and will be calculated at time of shipment. Your account will be charged based on your shipping instructions.
Returns Policy
Written permission is required for all returns. Books in good, saleable condition are returnable for credit toward future orders. Returns may be made after 90 days of the invoice date, but may not exceed one year. When returning books, you must provide a copy of the original invoice or the following information: original invoice number, invoice date, quantity and title of books returned. Books that meet these requirements will be credited at 100% of the invoice price, less a 10% restocking fee. Resalable books returned within the stated time without necessary invoice information, will be credited at 50% of the invoice price, less a 10% restocking fee. Returning used books is strictly prohibited. Please package books carefully to reduce the risk of damage. Merchandise returns other than books are not permitted.
